Nursing CE Central is happy to offer you a refund if the courses do not meet your state licensing requirements.

No. The number of contact hours is calculated based upon an average learner. It may require more or less time from you. We do not track the amount of time you spend in a course or on the website.

No, there are no tests. You simply read the material and certify that you have read and learned the material. Once this is complete your certificate is available immediately.

Completing courses with Nursing CE Central is a seamless process. Simply read and learn the material, then click “complete” to testify you have read and learned the material.
Your certificate is automatically available under “my certificates” and is also automatically emailed to you.

Don’t worry – we keep your certificates on file for five (5) years. We always recommend that you save your certificates, but we can retrieve them at any time for you.

Yes! Nursing CE Central is an ANCC-accredited nursing CEU provider. As such, we will provide a certificate of completion worth 61 credit hours, which can be used toward your state license renewal.

While it is our goal to provide the best CCRN exam material available, to help nurses understand critical concepts and pass their exam, we understand there may be some instances where a refund request is necessary. As a general rule we do now allow refunds on this preparation course, but exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances. If you feel you require a refund please contact our customer support.
